01/09/2010 - Scottish Cup Draw

St Cuthbert Wanderers have been drawn away from home to Fraserburgh for this season's Scottish Cup 1st Round.

The Broch who play in the Highland League were founded in 1910 and play at Bellslea Park.

The match shall take place on Saturday 25th September 2010.



24/08/2010 - Jamie Clarke

Striker Jamie Clarke has left the club to join Gatehouse side Fleet Star.

St Cuthbert Wanderers wish Jamie all the best at Star.



14/08/2010 - Player Departures and New Player's Signed

St Cuthbert Wanderers have had a busy couple of weeks in the transfer market with 3 players leaving and 3 players signing.

Long serving player Michael Love has left the club to join his first club Abbey Vale.

Young Striker Matthew McColm has joined up with Fleet Star.

Jack Nixon has also left the club to play with Stirling University in the East of Scotland League.

St Cuthbert Wanderers wish all players the best of luck.

Ex-Crichton player Johnny Nichol has signed up with the Club after playing two trial games with the Saints.

St Cuthbert Wanderers Youth player Lewis Lazenby has signed with the club after an impressive season with the Club's U17's and winning the Stewarty Sunday League with local side Royal FC.

Richard Davis has also signed up for another season with St Cuthbert Wanderers 



07/07/2010 - 3 New Signings For Saints

St Cuthbert Wanderers Manager Jim McCrossan has moved quickly to snap up 3 excellent signings for the Saints.

Scott Gault has signed on at St Mary's Park. Manager Jim McCrossan is delighted to have signed Scott and says ' Scott is a quality player and is an excellent addition to the squad' .

Former Wigtown hitman Ross McCrindle has also been added to the squad. Ross has been high in the goalscoring charts for a number of years. Manager Jim McCrossan says 'Ross is an extremely hard working striker and has scored a lot of goals for Wigtown over the years'.

Colin Carnochan has made the switch to St Mary's park from Heston Rovers. Manager Jim McCrossan has already managed Colin at his former club Creetown he says ' Ive managed Coco before at Creetown and he is another excellent player'.

20/06/2010 - End of Season Awards Night

St Cuthbert Wanderers held their End of Season Dance at the Arden House last night.

The Awards for Supporter's Player's of the Year was awarded to Striker Craig Rudd who also picked up the Top Goalscorer Award after netting 28 times.

The Player of the Year Award was shared by Adam Johnstone and Craig Wilson.



17/06/2010 - Willie McKenzie Memorial Trophy

The Willie McKenzie Memorial Trophy is this Saturday 19th June at St Mary's Park Kirkcudbright, Kick Off 2pm.

The match is contested between the current St Cuthbert Wanderers side and the Saints Old Boys who are keen to show they still have what it takes.

Entry for the game is £2 and all gate money is being donated to the RNLI this year.

St Cuthbert Wanderers AGM is on June 12th at St Mary's Park, the meeting starts at 12.30pm.



01/06/2010 - Detroit Trophy Winners

St Cuthbert Wanderers were presented with the Detroit Trophy at the Southern Counties AGM on Wednesday evening. The trophy is presented to the most succesfull team over the season. It is decided by a points system and St Cuthbert Wanderers accumulated 91 points.

All the trophies won this season are on display in the window at the Paul Jones Bakery.
