30/06/2009 - 2009-10 Fixtures
The fixtures for this season were sent out today. Saints start their campaign on the 25th July with a trip to last seasons league runners up Crichton. Om wednesday 29th July Threave Rovers will make the journey down to St Mary's Park for the first Local Derby of the season. 30/06/2009 - New Signing

Manager Jim McCrossan has added Alan McClymont to his squad for the new season. The former Stranraer striker is the 8th new signing and should feature in this saturdays friendly against Morton Thistle at St Mary's Park.



25/06/2009 - Michael Love Testimonial Match

St Cuthbert Wanderers are delighted to announce Queen of the South are the opponents for Michael Love's Testimonial on Wednesday 8th July 7.30pm Kick Off.

25/06/2009 - 5 New Signings

Saints Manager Jim McCrossan made 5 new signings at the weekend. Gary and Paul McClymont made the switch to St Mary's at the weekend. Gary who played for Saints a couple of seasons ago is a signing that has delighted the manager. Gary's cousin Paul, is an exciting young prospect after having a tremondous season at Creetown last year. Shayne Watson and Lawrie Maxwell both signed from Lochmaben and are promising youngsters. Shayne is pacy left sided player and Lawrie is a powerfull player who plays in defence. Craig Wilson has also made the switch from Crichton to Saints following Adam Johnstone. Craig can play anywhere on the park and is an excellent asset to Saints.

All the new signings shall feature in the up coming pre-season friendlies.



18/06/2009 - Pre-Season Friendlies Announced

This seasons Pre-Season Friendlies begin on Saturday 4th July against Morton Thistle 2pm Kick Off. On Saturday 11th July Saints face East of Scotland side Gala Fairydean 2.30pm Kick Off, more details on that soon. Finally on Friday 17th July SPL side Kilmarnock will be heading to St Mary's Park 7.30pm Kick Off.

Saturday 11th July

Away -Gala Fairydean 2.30pm Kick Off

Friday 17th July

02/06/2009 - New Signings Updated

St Cuthbert Wanderers have added 18 year old Midfielder Tom Smith to the squad. Tom who has played for Gretna and Workington Reds is the second signing of the summer and is a promising youngster.

St Cuthbert Wanderers can now confirm the signing of defender Adam Johnstone from Crichton FC. Adam is the first signing of the summer and is an eperienced defender having won the South of Scotland League with Crichton. Manager Jim McCrossan is delighted with the signing of Adam and is a big boost to the squad.

Meanwhile midfielders Ritchie Maxwell and Neil Murray have gone in the other direction and have signed for Crichton FC. St Cuthbert Wanderers wish them all the best.



18/05/2009 - Awards Night

The St Cuthbert Wanderers Player of the Year award went to Goalkeeper Shaun Hutchison on Saturday night at the end of season social. Midfielder Stuart Maxwell picked up the Supporters Player of the Year and Mark Baker won the Top Goalscorer Award.

St Cuthbert Wanderers would like to thank everyone who attended the evening.



07/05/2009 - Potts Cup Final

St Cuthbert Wanderers will play Wigtown & Bladnoch FC at Trammonford Park,Wigtown in the Potts Cup Final. Kick Off is at 3pm Saturday 9th May.



26/04/2009 - Willie McKenzie Memorial Trophy

The Willie McKenzie Memorial Trophy match has been arranged for Saturday 16th May 2pm Kick Off. All gate money is being donated to the Kirkcudbright Hospital League of Friends.

15/04/2009 - Tweedie Cup Final Update

St Cuthbert Wanderers will face Newton Stewart away in the Tweedie Cup Final on Saturday 25th April. Kick Off at Blairmount Park is at 3pm.
